Double Glazing FAQs

Double glazing has been a popular choice for homeowners for many decades, but it can seem there are too many options when installing new or replacement windows in your home. Our experts answer the most frequently asked questions regarding double glazing, but if your question isn’t listed below please contact our friendly team and we’ll be more than happy to help.

1. What is double glazing?

Double glazing consists of two sheets of glass with a layer of argon gas in between. The use of argon gas and two sheets of glass ensures that warmth is contained in your property. Our double glazing is made with low emissivity (Low-E) glass, which is a more environmentally friendly option. If you would like to find out more about double glazing contact our team on 01202 536422.

2. Is double glazing the right option for me?

Would you benefit from reduced energy bills and a warmer home? The benefits of double glazing are endless, it’s an ideal option if you’re also looking for a noise reduction, or if your existing windows suffer from regular condensation issues. Find out more about how double glazing is the right option for you on 01202 536422.
