With careful design and masterful engineering, the solid roofs we offer have been rigorously tested before being made available for purchase.

With our solid roofs, you can have complete peace of mind knowing that you’re receiving a high quality product for your conservatory. The roofs have been issued with certifications to demonstrate that they meet all of the requirements for structural and thermal performance.

Whichever type of conservatory you have or are planning on building, a Warmer Roof product supplied by Swain & Rands will be perfectly suitable for your purpose. The plastered finish is the most popular option because it makes the room bright and airy. Roof vents can be added for extra light and additional ventilation options are also available.

The Installation Process

The first step will be removing your old conservatory roof, so it can be replaced with the new Warmer Roof unit by Swain & Rands. The eaves beam will then be added to the conservatory frame.

Individual pods and insulation will then be glued and bolted into position. A waterproof felt membrane will be installed, after which the eaves protection will be fitted. Next comes the fascia and gutter fixing and final plastering.

Warmer Roof products supplied by Swain & Rands have been designed to replace the roofs of existing conservatories. Homeowners will be able to benefit from a U-Value of 0.14.

Types of Conservatories

P-Shaped Conservatories

Our P-shaped conservatories are perfect for larger, detached properties. This type of conservatory combines the features of a lean-to conservatory and a Victorian one, which can be both 3 and 5 faceted.

Bespoke Conservatories

A bespoke conservatory will be specifically designed to suit all of your personal tastes and requirements. Going bespoke doesn’t mean going broke – our tailored structures are offered at very affordable prices!

Edwardian Conservatories

These types of conservatories are known for their traditional appearance and classic rectangular shape. The perfect choice for homes of any size and style.

T-Shaped Conservatories

With a T-shaped conservatory, you can benefit from a combination style featuring a central projection. It’s a versatile choice as you’ll be able to create two unique spaces within a single room.

Solid Roof Conservatories

Lean-to Roof conservatories benefit from large glass panels that allow for ample natural light to flood your property. Sunlight intake has numerous health benefits, so take advantage of this great option today.

Victorian Conservatories

Perhaps the most enduring and popular design available, Victorian conservatories are a testament to how celebrating tradition is a good idea. Property owners will benefit from the maximisation of natural light and outside views.
