Swain and Rands have been very easy and pleasant to deal with. From pre-sales to tradesmen to customer service, they are always extremely courteous and friendly. It has been a true revelation compared to other builders as there is no need to manage them or persuade them to turn up, they just get on with delivering what they promised in as efficient a manner as you could possibly expect! Ultimately, I am very pleased with the end result and the manner in which it was delivered. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Pat and I would like to thank you not only for the beautiful anthurium houseplant which was delivered just now, and came as a complete surprise, but also for your meticulous attention to detail in the planning and execution of our new conservatory, with which we are delighted. As we’ve been away for much of the last two months, not a lot has changed, but we do now have the floor laid and Pat is choosing decor and new furniture. We’re looking forward to the spring and summer when the room becomes our favourite place.
