She wanted to be able spend time in the conservatory relaxing rather than cleaning.
During the consultation, our team recommended that a self-cleaning Ultraframe Livinroof would greatly benefit the client and fulfil her brief. The performance glass in the roof uses an organic process whereby dirt is broken down by daylight and is then washed away by rain, let the weather do the work for you! The roof also features solar control so Mr Frampstone’s new conservatory won’t overheat from exterior sun rays. The Livinroof is thermally insulated with an internal pelmet, so during the winter months, the roof retains heat inside the property. Appearance wise the pelmet allows our client to install lighting in their conservatory, so it’s a cost-effective addition as well as stylish.
The new conservatory allows lots of natural light into the room, whilst also allowing Mr Frampstone to enjoy the surrounding views of the garden. The Ultraframe Livinroof has integrated down lights and insulated loggia columns to ensure the room is light and airy.
The project was completed by our team on the 22nd March 2018 and Mr Frampstone was very happy with her new conservatory. It’s a big improvement from her previous conservatory structure, that was proving to be more of an inconvenience than a luxury. The team also replaced Mr Frampstone’s front door with a new stylish and secure design, giving the client peace of mind that her home exterior looks modern yet is safe and secure. The project was finished on time and within budget.
